Lab378 builds Livia — an AI Inside Sales Agent for residential real-estate brokerages. Brokerages spend fortunes generating leads and lose most of them in the gaps between busy humans. Our mission is simple: make sure no brokerage ever loses a lead it already paid for.
Why we exist
Over half of inbound real-estate leads are never contacted in time, and 67% of buyers go with the first agent who replies. The problem isn’t bad agents — it’s that no human team can answer every lead in 90 seconds at 11 PM on a Sunday, then patiently nurture it for months. Livia can. It handles speed, scale, and follow-up so agents can spend their time where only humans can win: showings, negotiation, and trust.
How we work
We prove Livia on a brokerage’s own leads before asking for a long-term commitment, with pricing tied to outcomes. We integrate with the tools brokerages already use rather than asking them to rip and replace. And we build for compliance first — TCPA, Fair Housing, and NAR guidelines are designed in, not bolted on.
