What if my lead source isn’t listed?

Zapier covers virtually any source: if a tool can send a webhook or connect to Zapier, its leads can route to Livia. During onboarding we map every source you name.

What CRMs besides Follow Up Boss does Livia support?

Follow Up Boss is the deepest integration today. Support for kvCORE and Sierra Interactive is on the roadmap — tell us what you run and we’ll be straight with you about timing.

Who owns the conversation data?

You do. Every message, transcript, and qualification field is written into your CRM account. If you stop using Livia, all of it stays with you.
